Purchased the 58mm size

It works but for some reason it's not as secure as the other ring sizes that come with the kit, I feel in a high speed angle it'll shift the mirage slightly . I had the 82mm on my sony and it was pressured enough where it wouldn't move, but I feel with the 58 it's not as pressured/ secure . Yes it works but does feel abit off compared to the other ones.

The 58mm might have more play on the lens when the matte box is attached since the lens itself is smaller, but the connection between the adapter and lens should be just as secure as any other size!

Happy with Adapter rings for Mirage Matt box

This is a minor part, but one that could cause grief if it was problematic.
My favorite thing about this is that the Matt box clamps securely to the ring, yet is quick and easy to remove.
ALSO there are matching threads on the Matt box side of the ring, so you can pop on the lens cap that goes with the lens or a threaded filter .
