This Carbon Fiber Hood for Tilta Mirage Pro Matte Box serves as a replacement for the one included in the kit.
The Front Hood utilizes a unique, magnetic clip-on design which allows the unit to be easily removed from the Filter Tray Assembly.
This allows users to reduce the weight of the Matte Box while still supporting all three filters.
Although this opens up the possibility for flares, the reduction in weight makes this a valuable option when using the system on a gimbal or any other weight sensitive support system.
