You probs dont want me doing a review

Ordinary

Your communication absolutely sucks. Could not get in contact with anyone. And when i did, was told they couldnt help and to try the other office that didnt get back to me.

Was told differing things about expedited delivery and how to add it to the bill but didnt happen. And had to wait in hope i would get it before my deadline.

Product is great, yet a bit over price, but work on your customer service

We do appreciate your comments. We will work on improving our customer service and shipping policies for Australia.

Very happy

After seeing a bunch of peoples reviews and seeing some having issues with theirs, i just got mine and i am very happy. everything locks into place nicely with no wiggle on any of the connections.

Needed Some Modification

When I received the grip, the middle connection (you have two halves that are joined) could not be tightened properly, so the grip would fall apart in my hands. The first time it happened, I almost dropped my camera on the ground. When I contacted support, I didn't receive an answer for a few days. Luckily, our shop at work has a tool repairman, and he was able to modify the faulty connection so that it was secure. I followed up with support and told them I was able to repair it. Then.. they got back to me immediately telling me they were glad it worked out. This makes me a little cautious about ordering things in the future. I believe the products are good, but the next time, I'm going to test everything as soon as I receive an item so that I can return/exchange if necessary. From my experience so far, support does not seem to be very good, so I'm guessing doing an immediate exchange is a better solution than asking for help.

Great addition

Easy to set up, good quality construction, a great tool for low angle shooting. Love the nato attachments, because allow me to power me other accessories, in addition of the usb c on the top handle.
I wish the screen has more information.
In conclusion. Worth to have it, after all it will part of my permanent setting. The best tool is one than you use all the time.

Almost 5 stars.

Well the delivery time was atrocious . . . but in these times probably to be expected. The build quality is impressive. Seems like it is going to last awhile, although I have a few small niggling concerns that only time will tell. It is a pretty uncomplicated piece of equipment, until you start adding components. Nonetheless, the manuals and videos are not good if you don't speak Chinese (I'm only guessing here). When you get into adding some of the components it becomes even more difficult. However, customer service was able to answer all of my questions in English.
What I am concerned about is that when fully loaded the Dual Handle gets a little heavy for extended use. So I tried to take the V-mount battery off the handle. Once that is done there doesn't seem to be anyway to get the juice from the battery back into the system. The ecosystem has a Power Supply Module, but that only serves as an output, doesn't allow input. The Power Supply Base Plate for RS 2 can't be used with the Dual Handle, so I am unsure what it would take to use a dismounted battery to put power back into the actual Dual Handle. It would seem easy to put an input on the Power Supply Module since it is mounted to the handle itself . . . that would still allow for some weight savings over an onboard battery. Hopefully there is an easy fix that I am just overlooking but feedback from some others doesn't seem to reveal any.
